I received the Z5 scooter in exchange for a YouTube review. The performance is as specified, and the build quality is good.
Unfortunately the ignition plastic casing and display cracked when turning the key. I contacted customer service, and Lydia responded within a day. She worked with the manufacturer in getting a replacement ignition sent, but it took over a month due to low inventory. Lydia was helpful during the entire process, and I was able to replace the throttle and cable from the controller.
La compre para llevar a mi hija a la escuela que iniciaba hasta ahora y super genial le adapte una sillita para niños y super funciona muy bien llevo ya dos meses con ella y llego en el tiempo indicado sin ningún problema y la instalación de la canasta no demora nada las instrucciones de instalación son muy claras, solo tuve un inconveniente con una llanta pero me comunique con servicio al cliente y inmediatamente una asesora Fancy excelente su atencion me ayudo de inmediato y me enviaron. Una llanta de reemplazo y llego muy rápido y mi scooter ya funciona nuevamente sin problema una muy buena compra para recorrer espacios cortos que podamos llegar más rápido qué llendo caminando y más por mi hija en días fríos que sea más rápido para llevarla a la escuela .
I recently was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, and heel spurs in BOTH of my legs & feet. I teach at a high school & this has been a huge help! It would of been 5 stars except the sit is a bit uncomfortable.
